WEEKLYSUNDAY

Today's Weekly Sunday Photo Challenge is "Window Light." I've always liked this light. It has this special mood to it that keeps me coming back. A lot of photographers use this method to take great portraits.

Oliver and the Light

I love Oliver and Anoush's windows in the living room. The red curtains give that special something that I love. It feels like roses I guess. Not to mention that their pad is super chill. Great people, great place.

Alissa R. Kennedy

I think this was a great representation of window light. I like the fact that Alissa did this in black and white to give it a fine art feel. I love the muscle detail on the belly and how she position the woman slightly to the right of the frame. It's sort of cinematic and I'm very much into cinematic images. Awesome job Alissa! Makin' it happen...

Michael Behlen

Sometimes the colors of window light help make the image look so much better. Michael Behlen has always fascinated me with his compositions. They're sharp, up close, and poetic. Even the simplest things, such as knobs on a dashboard, can just look so beautiful. Lovin' it Mike.. keep it up!
