Museums

Today my girlfriend and I met up with some friends to hang out in downtown Lowell to check out the museums. Lowell, Massachusetts is known for its cotton mills and such since most of it used to be produced and exported here. Among the museum was two things that sparked my interest the most:

1. The production of the cotton. I've seen it done in few films here and there, but I've never seen it done right in front of me. You can tell that the machines were very much ahead of its time and holds a special character. I had the chance to touch the fabric and you can definitely feel the quality of how its made.

2. I was also interested in this certain section of the museum where it had a display case of miniature figures of a mock-up cotton mill production. It was probably one of the most unique displays I've seen in a long time and the fact that it had great lighting. It was really cool.

The whole day was pretty chill and I'm pretty satisfied.
